Sound THERAPY
SOund therapy
With a sound therapy session you can expect to feel more relaxed, balanced and calm. During our time together, I play crystal sound bowls, rattles, chimes, tuning forks and tone with my voice around and over the body. While working with your intentions for healing, great shifts in the energetic, physical, mental and spiritual body can occur. A mix of Reiki, energy and sound vibrations help to realign body systems and shift blockages to allow for greater health. Many clients report having visions and messages come to them during their session. I am able to help the client interpret these experiences through a lens of symbolic interpretation to create new stories of personal empowerment and self awareness.
My vision has always been to support those I work with in finding their inner fire, creativity and soul’s purpose.
